2. Data you enter into the tools

The current tools read and convert input in the browser using JavaScript, without an application upload API. Entered content remains in the active browser session; generated files download locally.

3. Website delivery and technical information

Cloudflare and hosting services may process IP addresses, access logs, device details, and security information needed to deliver and protect the site.

4. Contact emails

If you email us, email providers process your address and message so we can respond. Do not send passwords or confidential datasets.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

No analytics or ad scripts appear in the reviewed application code. Infrastructure may use operational or security cookies. We will update this policy and any required consent controls before adding advertising or analytics.

6. Sharing and retention

The current application does not store conversion inputs in an application database. Infrastructure and email services may retain technical logs or messages under their policies.

7. Security and third-party services

Local processing reduces exposure but cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and review conversion results.

8. Your choices and requests

You can use the tools without signing in, close the page to clear its in-memory input, and contact contact@datatransformer.net about data requests.

We may update this policy as practices or providers change.
